How it works

1 Enter the email address associated with your BookCertification account in the form below and click Send Deletion Confirmation.
2 Check your inbox for a confirmation email from BookCertification. The email contains a secure one-time link valid for 1 hour.
3 Click the link in the email. Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What happens to your data

Name, email address, and profile details
Profile photo
Quiz history and answers
Knowledge Profile and World Impact data
Work and education entries
Notebook entries
Subscription and payment records
Session tokens and verification codes

Anonymized & retained

Certificates — holder name removed
Book title, score, and date of certification are kept

Certificate records are anonymized rather than deleted so that verification links previously shared with third parties remain functional. No personal information is retained on anonymized certificates.
